Description

I made this to surprise a friend for Valentine’s Day.  He’s probably the fattest mudkip.  He’s only 3 inches tall at the top of his head, but his frill thing makes him 5 1/2 inches tall.  He has a metal bead in his butt to keep him from falling over.
